Welcome to the ISU Helpdesk Toolkit. Here you will find helpful instructions and software that will
get you up and running in a secure manner.
To configure access to the Internet through ISU, you must first have a computer account with ISU.
The "Internet Access" link on the left has an automatic configuration utility and manual instructions to
configure your settings for ISU. The "Web Browsers/Email" option allows you to install and automatically configure
settings for ISU email during installation. Manual instructions are also included. Once you are connected to the
Internet, it is important to visit.. Windows Update to install critical windows updates.
